How to Access and Download Files from EHC Team Links

Quick Reference Summary

Open the EHC Team link in your email. The first time you use the link, a security password will be sent to your email.

Enter the password to access the documents.

Open and download each document you need.

Save the files to your device and attach them to your email if required.

Download documents as soon as possible, as links are only available for a limited time.

If you receive an access denied message or the link has expired, contact the EHC Team and request a new link.

Important Information

EHC Team document links are provided for security purposes and are only available for a limited period of time.
It is recommended that you download and save all documents as soon as you receive access to them.
The password is usually only required the first time you access the shared link.
If you receive an "Access Denied" message, are unable to open the documents, or the link has expired, please contact the EHC Team and ask them to send a new link.
If you are unable to locate the password email, check your junk/spam folder before contacting the EHC Team.

TOP TIP

Save documents in a location you can easily find later, such as your Downloads folder or the relevant SENDIASS case folder.

Open the email from the EHC Team and select the link they have provided.

The first time you access the link, a security password will be sent to your email address.

Open the password email, copy the password and enter it when prompted.

Once access has been granted, the document(s) will open in your web browser or SharePoint.

Open each document you need to save.

Select Download (usually found at the top of the page or under the three dots menu).

Choose where you want to save the file on your computer and select Save.

Once saved, attach the downloaded document(s) to your email in the usual way.

Open the email from the EHC Team and tap the link provided.

The first time you access the link, a password will be emailed to you. Open the password email and enter the password when prompted.

The document will open in your browser or the Microsoft 365 app.

Tap Download or the Share icon.

Select Save to Files and choose a location on your device.

When replying to an email, select Attach File and choose the saved document from the Files app.

Open the email from the EHC Team and tap the link provided.

The first time you access the link, a password will be emailed to you. Open the password email and enter the password when prompted.

The document will open in your browser or the Microsoft 365 app.

Tap Download or the More Options (⋮) menu and select Download.

The file will normally be saved to your Downloads folder.

When replying to an email, select Attach File and choose the downloaded document from your device.
