Pursuing an EHCP appeal through the tribunal process for us as busy parents of two SEN children, would not have been possible without the constant support from our designated SENDIASS staff member. Over the course of 12 months, they were consistently full of useful information, pro-active in getting in touch with us when life took over and the support they gave, gave us the confidence to challenge decisions made which ultimately were overturned. We can now look to a more positive future for our daughter, and we would have no hesitation in recommending SENDIASS to other parents needing unbiased advice and support. Thank you so much!
