Shame we need the service tbh if schools and the LA did what they’re legally supposed to these amazing staff would be out of a job, but I’m certain it will never happen as incompetence seems to be most schools and Central Beds middle name where it come to Ehcps and Send education…
Gave the right information and guidance, which has meant my daughter who has an EHCP but is unable to attend school is now learning through virtual school funded by her school. They initially told me they couldn’t help any more and home education was the way forward. SENDIASS gave me the information to argue against this and got the education in place my daughter deserves.

Charlotte is very communicative and sends detailed information (the right amount of detail) She remembers the young person's information, interests, likes, dislikes and engages them in conversation but also listens to what they want to talk about.
She goes with their needs e.g. if they need a shorter amount of time one week or breaks. She gets far more information on the young persons views than parents or a setting in our opinion. Young person has worked with Charlotte for 3 years in a row. See you next year!
