The support I got from Abi and other members of the team was amazing! I felt like I was navigating a really complicated game with rules I didn't know about and that kept changing. But Abi help me understand the process on the very long journey I went on to get my son into the school that was right for him. I don't think I would have got that far without the information and support I received. I am happy to report my son is now in the school I named on is EHC, and is doing amazingly well. He is now no longer just surviving he is thriving.
The lady from your team who contacted me really helped me in regards to my rights as a parent and what information I can access to help me make sure the correct support is being put in place for my son
